The operations, structure and administration of EUCLID (Euclid University / Pôle Universitaire Euclide) are defined by the multilateral intergovernment agreements (MOU / Framework Agreement) and EUCLID Statutes referenced in the MOU (Article III).
The administrative structure includes:
An Executive Board headed by the Secretary General
A Governing Board with all the national coordinators / points of contact
An Oversight Council entrusted with statutory governance
An Advisory Board called up to provide expertise to the organization.

Syed Zahid Ali is a specialist in international relations, especially among OIC member states. He holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Karachi University and concurrently serves as Secretary-General of the International Organization for Sustainable Development.

THE HIGH STEWARD
EUCLID's High Steward and Chairman of the Board of Advisors is Ambassador Banny de Brum.

His Excellency Banny de Brum is the Ambassador of the Marshall Islands to the United States in Washington DC, having served between 1996 and 2008, and recently reappointed in 2009. He is well and favorably known by US agencies for his collaborative work, notably as chairman of the Washington Pacific Committee.
He and his wife Honor reside near the federal capital.
ASSISTANT SECRETARIES GENERAL
(1) Assistant Secretary General and Information Officer: Ms. Imara Johnpulle, based in New York. She is assisted in her work by Mr. Mokhtar Boye, Special Representative of the Secretariat General.
Ms. Johnpulle represent EUCLID at the United Nations headquarters and in relation to all Permanent Missions at the United Nations.
