In accordance with Article 1 of its Charter, EUCLID is authorized to accept students from the general public. In actual practice, the "general public" are often professionals already working for international organizations and governments who do not have a formal relationship with EUCLID.
In order to maintain quality and competitiveness while meeting funding targets, only 250 students are accepted concurrently. This quota is set by the Secretary General in consultation with the Board, and may be amended at any time.
Student from specific jurisdictions may not be eligible at this time, as restrictions applicable to the Consortium also extend to EUCLID.
