In accordance with Article 1 of its charter, EUCLID (Euclid University) is open to the general public.

In order to maintain quality and competitiveness, only 250 students are accepted concurrently. This quota (2008) is set by the Executive President in consultation with the Board, and may be amended at any time.

Student from specific juridictions may not be elibigle at this time, as restrictions applicable to the Consortium also extend to EUCLID.

Admissions and enrollments are continuous throughout the year as most programs are asynchronous. The MDIA program may have a cohort-based intake.
