Approved staff of EUCLID Member States have access to special scholarships. If you are a full time, permanent employee working for a government ministry of a EUCLID Participating State, please contact the Secretariat or your National Point of Contact for more information.
The same is true of full time, permanent staff and officials working for intergovernmental organizations.
Citizens and Residents of a EUCLID Participating State
If you are a citizen and resident (both are required) of a EUCLID Participating State, you may be eligible for a partial scholarship. Please contact the Admissions Officer for information and specify your country of citizenship and residence.
Staff and Officials of the ECOWAS Commission
If you are a full time, permanent employee working for ECOWAS, please contact the Secretariat or the ECOWAS Commission Cabinet Minister for more information.
Citizens and Residents of an ECOWAS Member State
If you are a citizen and resident of an ECOWAS Member State, you may be eligible for a partial scholarship under the provisions of the ECOWAS - EUCLID Memorandum of Understanding. Please contact the Admissions Officer for information and specify your country of citizenship and residence.
Citizens and Residents of an OIC Member State
If you are a citizen and resident of an OIC Member State, you may be eligible for a partial scholarship under the provisions of the ICCI - EUCLID Memorandum of Understanding. Please contact the Admissions Officer for information and specify your country of citizenship and residence.

In December 2006, IOSD / Euclid University Consortium signed an initial Agreement with the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a 57-member States organization and affiliated organ of the Organization of the Islamic Conference. The MOU was featured in the OIC official journal - issue #3. This MOU is extended to apply to EUCLID programs as well.

These Agreements confirm the accreditation of the programs offered and provides for scholarships for ICCI resident students, which means that the applicants must be citizens and residents of the following countries:
