Winston Dookeran was appointed by the Oversight Council as EUCLID's Secretary-General, effective July 1, 2020. A former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Finance and Central Bank Governor, Mr Dookeran bring a wealth of international experience to the institution. Winston Dookeran, an LSE graduate, will continue to serve as Professor of Practice at the University of the West Indies.
