On Monday January 25, 2021, the Association of Caribbean States and EUCLID formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding. H.E. Rodolfo Sabonge, ACS Secretary General, and EUCLID SG Winston Dookeran signed the document in a virtual ceremony organized by the ACS headquarters in Port of Spain.
