As part of the commemoration of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), EUCLID Secretary-General Winston Dookeran was invited to deliver a lecture entitled “Structure and Synergy in Development – The Caribbean Setting and its Future.” This lecture was part of a series of academic lectures by representatives of prestigious institutions of higher learning including Harvard and Oxford University.
