PROFESSIONAL CERTFICATIONS IN ISLAMIC FINANCE: CERTIFIED ISLAMIC FINANCE CONSULTANT®

The John Locke School of Business and Economics at EUCLID (Euclid University) offers both an an online / distance MBA in Islamic Finance as well as a professional certification called CIFC: Certified Islamic Finance Consultant.

Note: Euclid is an educational partner of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (an affiliated institution of the Organition of the Islamic Conference).

This certification program does not assumes a strong background in business and economics. Furthermore, enrollment is open to Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

However, it does assume the following:

an ability to study and master calculus and foundation tools of quantitative (mathematical) finance

an ability to read, understand and memorize large amounts of information since the reading assignments are significant

interest and respect for Islamic and the underlying principles of Islam.

Arabic is not a requirement but students will be expected to absolutely master Islamic Finance terminology in Arabic.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS AND TUITION

This islamic finance professional certification represents 22 ECTS / 15 US credit hours of academic coursework. It compliant with Bologna Process guidelines and comes with a full ECTS documentation / transcript + diploma supplement.

This represents a total tuition of $2,850.
